Responsibilities:

    • Own our logistics and delivery process from end to end.
    • Understand our members’ and teams’ needs to provide world-class service. 
    • Build solid relationships with our entire Operations team: from Sales to Customer Success and Operational Risk (finance).
    • Build solid relationships with our external vehicle suppliers.
    • Ensure every member delivery is a success: the correct vehicle is delivered on the scheduled date, on time.
    • Proactively follow up on all scheduled deliveries in the calendar, to ensure our vehicle suppliers are ready and that our members are kept up to date in real-time.
    • In the event of any changes or issues occurring, on our side or on the vehicle supplier side, ensuring we are proactively communicating between all parties, to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Proactive problem solving on any fulfilment or delivery issues.
    • Manage any ad hoc vehicle upgrades, interim vehicles or vehicle swaps.
    • Manage and report back to our vehicle suppliers on fleet health and usage, through our CARscan tool and other processes. 
    • Support our Operational Risk team in ensuring subscriptions are paid before any delivery is made. 
    • Identify gaps in the fulfilment and delivery process, design and build new ones when needed, communicate, train and maintain them.
    • Feedback any member, team or vehicle supplier needs or wants back into the Operations teams, to ensure we are continuously optimising our platform, tech and user journey.  
    • Set key metrics to track daily, weekly, monthly to ensure we are continuously raising the bar in terms of customer service.
